This is the privacy statement of Bastide La Folle du Logis.

In this statement we explain how we handle the personal data that we obtain in our contact with you. Bastide La Folle du Logis complies with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Collected Personal Data

We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data to guarantee our services to you. Bastide La Folle du Logis processes this personal data because you use our accommodation and/or because you provide it to us yourself. The data we process are: Name, address, zip code, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address. Other personal data is not important to us. When checking in at our B&B, we may ask for (showing) proof of identity. However, we do not take over any data from your proof of identity and we never make copies of your proof of identity.

Bastide La Folle du Logis processes data for the following purposes: Reserving and invoicing your stay in one of our accommodations and - at the request of the municipality - keeping the night register for the tourist tax.

Security

In our reservation system we use the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer). You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser. We prefer not to exchange personal data by e-mail. We therefore only use your name in our confirmation emails, unless you request a confirmation with other information stated therein.

On our website we use Google Analytics to analyze the operation of the site and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services. The information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not provided.

We do not use cookies on our website.

Data retention period and access

After your stay at Bastide La Folle du Logis, we store the above data in our administration on the basis of the legal retention period. We delete data that is no longer needed. After the legal retention period, we destroy all data. You have the right to request from us what information we have about you and to have it removed on request.
