In a beautiful ambiance there is plenty of time and space to recharge yourself: an energetic Easy Flow Yoga in the mornings, meditations and a gentle Yin Yoga class at the end of the day.

In addition, relax: a dip in the swimming pool, with a book under the olive tree, explore the area and enjoy the shared meals at the Bastide

Received Anita Hageman who took care of everything around the yoga classes these 5 days .

The Yoga classes are given by Patsy de Quillettes, with 14 years of experience as a teacher en nutritionist you get all the "tools" from her to find a nice balance within yourself en after this week to return home with a lot of energy. In addition, she  has also started to specialize in women who are in menopause. Her goal is to give this group of women more confidence and peace of mind.

*PROGRAM

On the day of arrival and departure there is a 3 course dinner. 

Every morning and afternoon there are Yoga sessions, en every day zwill there also be a number of other activities, such as a silent walk, Kundalini meditation, nutritional advice and other meditaties) en we hebben we een gezamenlijke lunch en diner. Het definitieve programma maken wij 8 weken voor start of the retreat known.

*FOR WHOM

The Yoga retreat is Ladies Only from 40 years old and for both beginners and advanced, we work in groups of at least 6 to a maximum of 10_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-1586_bad5c

*COST 

The prices are based on a shared room and sharing the bathrooms, there are 2 options:

*We have 3 spacious (double) rooms that share a beautiful, new bathroom. Cost of these rooms 649 Euro

*In addition, there is 1 spacious (double) kamer with private bathroom.Cost of this room  699.00 Euro

We therefore have room for 8 people, with more registrations there is a nice room available at our neighbors where you can sleep alone, otherwise you can simply use the facilities of the Bastide. Costs for this are also 649 

​

Deze prijzen zijn inclusief alle lessen en activiteiten, 7 overnachtingen met ontbijt, 6 maal lunch en 7 maal diner en unlimited water, tea, coffee and fruit.

*TRANSPORT 

With your own transport, the distance from Utrecht is approximately 1300 km.

Various low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Transavia fly from Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Brussels in the southern French cities of Marseille and Nice._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b_1586bad5 another 1 hour drive to our Bastide. Cheap cars can be rented at every airport .

*FOOD AND SO    

Het verblijf is inclusief het ontbijt, diverse sapjes/ smoothies,  6 maal lunch en alle avonden diner. We cook organically and vegetarian as much as possible.

​

 

 

The workshop weeks will only take place with sufficient participation, min. 6  personen!
